All Items supplied remain the property of CS Dental Laboratory Ltd until payment is received in full.

All accounts are strictly net and are payable within 15 days of invoice.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd will charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 5% per month which will be applied to the total amount outstanding including any previous interest charged.

Jobs are constructed to the specification prescribed on the lab docked. CS Dental Laboratory Ltd is not responsible for the suitability of that specification.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd endeavours to interpret and follow the client’s instructions correctly. If, however a mistake is made on our part, CS Dental Laboratory Ltd will rectify the situation free of charge. CS Dental Laboratory Ltd will not compensate dentist’s fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind. 

By fitting the appliance, the client accepts that CS Dental Laboratory Ltd has produced the job to the specification and satisfaction of the client.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd will not compensate any individual patient, in the event a product fails to meet the required prescription.

The Dentist is solely responsible for any additional costs and charges incurred through changing instructions from the original prescription.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd reserves the right to charge for the remaking of a job.

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd reserves the right to charge for shade changes once the try in stage had been completed. 

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd requires 7 working days for each stage of each job. There is a fee of £20 for jobs required with 4 working days and £10 subsequently for each day brought forward.  

CS Dental Laboratory Ltd endeavours to deliver work on or before the delivery date specified by the client. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to alert the client to an expected overdue job, If for any reason this has not been possible, CS Dental Laboratory Ltd will not compensate the dentist’s fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.

GDPR – the dental practice placing any order with CS Dental Laboratory Ltd agrees the following:

That, in accordance with and in full compliance with GDPR legislation, your practice:

Is acting as the Controller of patient data. Is instructing CS Dental Laboratory Ltd to act as the Processor of patient data. Has obtained the explicit permission from the patient (or their duly authorised representative) to process that patient’s data and to sub contract the processing of that data.
